I’m not sure if that’s the same with Wells Fargo.Read the CIBC ISBO Terms and Conditions (PDF, 150 KB) Opens in a new window., the CIBC ISBO GIC Program Terms and Conditions (PDF, 120 KB) Opens in a new window. and the CIBC ISBO Referral Program Terms and Conditions (PDF, 130 KB) Opens in a new window.ġ Foreign exchange rates apply. I bank with Capital One, and I have this feature when I log into my account using a desktop, so I don’t have to physically go into a branch to do it. A true money wire is the fastest, but it will cost at least $30 bucks if not more for u to send it. One more thing, u can always send them a check using ur Bill Pay feature on your account with Wells Fargo, and you can always send them a money wire for the funds, but Wells might have u go to one of their branches for the money wire transfer. There’s CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo to consider, but here again, before u tie up your funds in some digital limbo never never land, ask your recipient what’s their preferred method. U can’t “transfer” in the normal sense online from your Wells Fargo to an external account, cuz u don’t own the recipient account. U indicated that your recipient’s bank, IBC, doesn’t offer Zelle, so unless this individual has an account at a bank that does, they couldn’t access the funds u sent them by this method. With Zelle, if the recipient doesn't enroll their Zelle profile within 14 days, the payment will expire, and the funds will be returned to your account. The last thing you want to do is to send these funds in a manner that forces your recipient to open an account with a financial institution or with a peer to peer money transfer platform that they would otherwise not normally do, just to receive your funds. I’m sure u are aware that not all banks offer Zelle as a “peer to peer” money transfer. You need to ask your recipient what transfer method they prefer. I think I’m late to the party, but here goes it.
